Returns Policy

Contact us at sales@sigashoes.com to obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to discuss the return shipping options. Please note that RMA numbers expire 30 days after they are issued.

You will be responsible for the one-way return postage. The one-way return postage cost will be discounted from your next order. International custom duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside of the United States.

Once we have received the item(s), you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items purchased and the amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days.

FAULTY ITEMS

An item is deemed faulty if it has been received by you in an imperfect condition or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of a year after delivery.  We do not consider wear and tear to be a fault.

All items that are returned as faulty are thoroughly inspected by our quality control staff to deem whether an item is faulty or whether it is wear and tear.  Once this is determined, we may offer to repair your shoe, but please note repairs are not guaranteed.

Clearance shoes are FINAL SALE and may not be return for refund or exchange.
